Originally designed and produced by Bombardier as the Bombardier C Series, the Airbus A220-300 is a narrow body, twin engine airliner manufactured by Airbus that went into service at the end of 2016 as a larger version of the initially introduced A220-100. The A220-300 is a modern, technologically advanced aircraft that was developed to fly 120-160 passengers five abreast up to 3,400 nautical miles in a quiet, comfortable cabin to routes that were either not practical due to logistics or simply not financially worthwhile for the airlines.
